Returns 

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused products. Customers may return items for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

International Shipping

For International shipments, we use Australia Post shipping partners, with postage fees supplied in real-time at checkout.

 

Taxes

All international orders may be subject to duties and taxes. These can include customs and import tax which are established by local customs authorities and may be a government requirement of import. The payment of such are the customer's responsibilities and Bethany Linz has no control over these and will not refund customers for any charges.
